This project consisted of many different activities including the of removal of (9) 25’x8’ precast panels (+/- 17,000 LB) through 9 floors in preparation for a new elevator installation at the exterior of the building, coring, and rigging (11) 14,000 LB precast panels from the penthouse level (11th Floor), and the removal of select 30’ tall precast panel cladding on exterior columns at main entry. The tight coordination between trades was a key success marker on these tasks. In addition to the exterior scope, we performed selective interior demolition through multiple floors along with slab removal, excavation, and concrete re-pour for proposed plumbing and electrical work.
